To Complete Your 2024-2025 Application

New applicants (Download Form)

Read the application Information Qualifications and Requirements

January 1 to March 31

1. Download and print the application.
2. Complete all of the pages and mail to Minerva.
3. Download three Recommendation forms, write your name at the top of the form, and request that your references submit directly to the Minerva Scholarship Fund.
4. Order your official, sealed transcripts to be sent to the Minerva Scholarship Fund. Refer to the Requirements regarding the transcript requirements.

Current scholarship recipients who are reapplying

January 1 to March 31

1. Download and print the current recipient form
2. Complete and mail to the Minerva Scholarship Fund.

Applicants will be notified of the decision regarding their applicant by June 1.
