Affiliation with Greater Gig HArbor Foundation

The Minerva Scholarship Fund (MSF) Board of Directors has announced that the Greater Gig Harbor Foundation will provide professional fund management, administrative and compliance services for MSF. The Minerva Scholarship Fund Board of Directors will continue to make decisions regarding the allocation of Minerva funds, recruitment of applicants and the selection of scholarship recipients.

Minerva Scholarships awarded to 10 local women

The Minerva Scholarship Fund awarded $55,000 in scholarships to 10 Gig Harbor-area women for the 2022-23 academic year.

The Minerva Scholarship Fund is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. Founded in 1991, the nonprofit has been providing scholarships for women whose formal education has been interrupted for at least one year and who reside or work within the Peninsula School District Boundaries #401.
